The small Black Line spatula is of great help. I use it to roll over french fries in the old gas oven when I fry them in a glass pan. It is scratch-free, so I can use it with coated pans, but it's not as soft as silicone, so I can scrape food up when it starts to burn down on pots. Practical, easy to clean, small and light. I love it.
